Please pay the bills on presentation. (By Cash/Card/BTC).
Room Tariff to be paid in advance on arrivals.
In the case of default in payment of dues by guest, the management shall have a lien on the luggage and belongings, and be entitled to be detain the same and to sell or auction such property at the anytime without reference of the guest.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY. The guests shall compensate the hotel for damage to the hotel property by them or their guests.
The volume of TV or Music system should be low enough so as not to disturb the other guests.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demand to vacate possession of any occupied room without assigning any reason for the same.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made only for bookings made directly through the website hotelsupremecomforts.com.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of booking.
Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the bookings have been made through the vendors/merchants.
Reservations booked under non-refundable or promotional rates cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
The full booking amount will be charged regardless of the date of cancellation or non-arrival.

Force Majeure

Hotel Supreme Comfort reserves the right to review cancellations affected by circumstances beyond the guest's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Any waiver or refund will be at the sole discretion of the hotel

Refund Processing

Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated after verification and processed to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

Hotel Rights

Hotel Supreme Comfort reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy without prior notice. The cancellation terms applicable at the time of booking will govern the reservation.
